The bus station obtained in 2002/April
the Quality Certification according to the ISO/9001-2000 Norm.
In relation to the BSM, S.A. quality policy,
the bus station has reached an agreement where the offered services are
guaranteed by the process.
Through the services letter, we have established
a commitment with the client. It is a public service brochure located at
the information desk, next to the mailbox of suggestions and claims.
